Bernard Agada: Mike Okiro Is A Disaster —Anti-Corruption Group

Eagle Eyes Transparency International, an anti-corruption group, has declared the chairman of Police Service Commission [PSC], Sir Mike Okiro, a disaster.

Their position stemmed from the manner he has perceivably been handling the case involving one allegedly fake Assistant Superintendent of Police, Bernard Agada.

Elombah.com had reported that Eagle Eyes had written the Police exposing Agada’s acts of forgery and crimes and demanded for his arrest and prosecution.

Consequently, the Inspector General of Police, Mr Idris Kpotum Abubakar wrote Sir Okiro recommending the immediate sack and prosecution of ASP Agada.

Till date, however, Agada is still serving in the Nigeria Police Force NPF], though PSC has promised to try his matter as soon as possible.

Reacting to the delay in reacting positively to its whistle, Eagle Eyes, in a statement by its Chief Analyst, Mr Femi Akintola, accusing Okiro of complicity, wrote:

“We reliably gathered that the Erring ASP Bernard Agada is facing a board tomorrow at FHQ. 

“He bragged that the Chairman PSC Okiro Mike has created a soft landing for him through the Board members who are mostly DIGs.

“”I gave Chairman N20 Million to kill my case and he said the board will delay the processes.

“All I need is to sell one my properties to settle the members that Chairman is using to kill the case for me,” said Agada Bernard.

“We at Eagle Eyes Transparency International are not surprised a bit. We owe Nigerians dissemination of facts and figures of this development. 

“The younger brother of the erring cop, threatened war if the brother is dismissed. 

“The questions are: Does Okiro love the said cash than lives of Nigerian on harm’s way? 

“Is he to fight crimes or entrench crimes? Who is he representing? 

“Do we have to look into crime indices when he was the IGP? Where is his conscience? 

“There is a cooked up story (distractive) among him and his criminal-minded staff written by one Ikechukwu Ani (PSC Media head) which really confirmed that Okiro’s hands are tied in this case and that the bragging of ASP N20 million  delivery to Okiro might be true after all. 

“We shall publish all soon. 

“We believed that all the board members of Force Disciplinary Committee (FDC) should be above board. 

“But we shall publish all investigations and call a spade a spade. 

“The IGP has done beautifully but his CP David Akinde the Deputy Force Secretary, now CP Bauchi and CP Umar Baba Garba of then IGP-Monitoring, currently CP Anambra, were the staff officers that frustrated the IGP Recommendations.

“Since July 2016 till now the ASP bragged about how he helped them while in the Aso Rock Villa with ex-President Jonathan Goodluck. 

“Let’s watch and see, Patriotic Nigerians!
