VIDEO: Simon Ekpa dancing, merrying in Finland while his hoodlums terrorizing Enugu gunned down

Former Radio Biafra anchorman, Barrister Simon Ekpa, has been caught in a self-made video dancing and celebrating in Finland few days after the hoodlums he sent to terrorize Enugu residents were gunned down by Police operatives.

Ekpa, a Finland-based politician and former military officer, has been masterminding crimes and violence in the South East while enjoying the peaceful sanctuary offered by his European hosts.
