VIDEO: NAF Helicopter bombs vessel caught with stolen crude oil in Niger Delta

The attached video shows a Nigerian Air Force Mi-35p Attack Helicopter destroying a large vessel caught with stolen crude oil and seized in the Niger Delta on its way to Cameroon.

The Nigeria’s state-owned oil firm, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Limited had announced on Monday that the 800,000-litre (211,338-U.S. gallon) vessel carrying stolen crude was intercepted offshore while heading to Cameroon.

Holab Maritime Services Limited with Henry Herbert Coker, James Nataniel Coker, Linda Aniekpette Coker and Abie Coker, as Directors, own the Vessel and the company registered in Nigeria with an address in Nigeria.

Authorities have been loud about intercepting and destroying the vessel but have been quiet about who owns the vessel.

Findings indicate that the listed owners are cronies of bigger oil thieves in Nigeria, hence, the failure to reveal their identities.
