Tribunal: PEPT may not air judgement live, let’s throng the court, Charly Boy urges Nigerians
Ace musician, Charles Oputa a.k.a. Charly Boy, has urged Nigerians to throng the Court of Appeal, venue of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) on September 6 as the Tribunal may not air the live broadcast of the final verdict as promised.
Without citing his source of inspiration, Charly Boy took to his “X” (formerly Twitter) handle, @AreaFada1, to make the proclamation.
According to the “Area Father”, the announcement might be a ruse to preventing Nigerians from coming to the court on that day.
He said: “UPDATE: The PEPT may not air the live broadcast of the final verdict on the 6th of September 2023 the former announcement could be a trick to preventing Nigerians from coming to the court on that day.”
He, therefore, encouraged all the Abuja residents and other well-meaning Nigerians to show up in court in their large numbers.
He also urged Nigerians to kindly disregard the promising of live broadcast by the TRIBUNAL, noting that it might not be possible.
