The Supreme Court of Nigeria is set to deliver judgment on the 2023 presidential poll after months of legal tussle.
News Band learnt that the Chief Judge of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, has approved a live transmission of the judgments on presidential election.
The gladiators include the Labour Party (LP) Presidential Candidate, Mr. Peter Gregory Obi, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

The Supreme Court will pass its judgment on the appeals challenging the outcome of Nigeria’s Presidential Election held on February 25, 2023.
The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) had, on September 6, delivered judgment on the petitions and affirmed the highly controversial victory of Bola Ahmed at the election.
The presidential candidates of PDP, Atiku Abubakar, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party challenged the victory of Bola Tinubu in the presidential polls at the apex court.
