The Real Cause Of “War” Between Igbo Traders And Bayalsa Indigines

An undisclosed issue cropped up between the Igbo trader and his Bayelsa girlfriend,

The Ibo trader killed his girlfriend knowingly or unknowing, best known to the culprit. For fear of attacks, the Ibos shut their shops for 2 days last wk in the area of the incident, Bio gbolo village.

Govt intervened and there has been peace in the area since Tuesday. No life lost, no property destroyed, no injuries inflicted. 

Meanwhile, the culprit is on the run. He’s been declared wanted by the Police. The deceased community vowed that she would not be buried until the culprit is found and brought to book. Security operatives are in the community searching for the culprit and to maintain peace and order..
