NDDC Hosts Workshop on Effective Wage Administration and Revenue Generation

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has commenced a two-day workshop on “Wage Administration, Policies Implementation, and Revenue Generation in the Public Service”.
The event, which brings together experts and stakeholders in the field, aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive the commission’s efforts in fulfilling its mandate for the region.
In his keynote address, the NDDC Managing Director/CEO, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, emphasized the importance of wage administration in the national discourse.
He highlighted the commission’s commitment to staff welfare, noting that a motivated workforce with sustainable living wages is crucial to achieving the commission’s goals.
Mr. Ekpo Nta, Chairman/CEO of the National Salaries, Income, and Wages Commission, delivered a thought-provoking exposition on the subject matter.
