He said the presidential jet is an A330-200, which was initially christened VP-CAC but has been officially registered as 5N-FGA.

According to Sowore, the jet was acquired at the market price of $100 million and reconfigured with the sum of $50 million, making it $150 million.

He further revealed that the presidential jet will be delivered at any moment to the Nigerian authorities.

Sowore made the shocking revelation in a post on his official Facebook page on Monday night.

While berating Tinubu’s administration, Sowore who is the convener of #RevolutionNow, said that the money spent to acquire the new presidential jet was not captured in the annual budget.

He however, said it was very pathetic that a government which claim there is no money to pay minimum wage for workers, could suddenly cough out $150 million to acquire a new private jet.

He said, “While they are telling you to “exercise patience” Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu already bought a $100m Presidential Jet and configured or reconfigured it with some $50million and it is ready for delivery! The jet is an A330-200 initially christened VP-CAC is now registered as 5N-FGA.

“This was not in the annual budget, they can’t pay minimum wage for workers but could afford $150m for a private jet, students have to obtain loans to go to college but they could afford to approve billions for hajj even as the money/ies ended up being stolen.
Fight we MUST! #RevolutionNow.”
