IPOB disowns Ohanaeze! They are unelected old men with red caps! not mandated by the people to speak on our behalf.

Recall that the President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Chief John Nnia Nwodo, yesterday declared that election will hold in Anambra state come 08 November 2017.

In a direct reference to the call by the Director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu,  to boycott the forthcoming election, the Leader of the apex Igbo organisation said “Whereas Ohaneze understands the marginalization and unfair treatment of Igbos which have given rise to self-determination movements in Igboland, leaders of these movements must not arrogate to themselves the supreme leadership of Igbo land.”

Nwodo made the statement while addressing members of the Anambra State House of Assembly, in Awka, Anambra State on Thursday.
