Breaking: Nigerian Air Force Helicopter Crashes Into Water

A Nigerian Air Force [NAF] helicopter has crashed into water.

A Nigerian Air Force [NAF] helicopter has crashed into water in Maiduguri, Borno State.

Elombah.com gathered that the Augusta 106 Light Utility Helicopter suffered technical error and crashed into water. 

NAF director of public relations and information, Air Commodore Olatokunbo Adesanya confirmed the incident.

He, however, assured that no live was lost. 

He said: “The Chief of the Air Staff has immediately directed the constitution of a board of inquiry to determine the exact cause of the incidence.

“Members of the board are already in Maiduguri to commence work.”
