Dr. Hygers Igwebuike has emerged the All Progressives Grand Alliance [APGA] candidate for the upcoming Anambra State gubernatorial election.
The said election is coming up on November 18, 2017.
Dr. Hygers Igwebuike emerged after the party primary held in Ezira Monday afternoon conducted by the Ochudo Martin Agbaso camp.
