No turn Southwest to war zone – NNPP Chairman reply Ganduje on APC ‘take over

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has said the PDP is collapsing.

He predicted that the opposition party may become politically irrelevant by the end of 2025 due to internal crises, Diaspora Digital Media (DDM).

Ganduje made the statement amid growing political tensions and widespread reports of instability within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

He pointed to serious internal rifts and disunity within the PDP’s leadership structure as reasons for its predicted collapse.

According to him, the PDP is rapidly losing its strength and relevance on the national political stage.

In response to Sule Lamido’s remarks, Ganduje rejected suggestions that he might return to the PDP.

Lamido, a former governor of Jigawa State, claimed some APC members might defect back to the opposition party.

He argued that the APC itself was facing internal challenges and could lose key members in the near future.

Ganduje firmly denied this claim, describing it as false and disconnected from Nigeria’s political reality.

He reaffirmed his loyalty to the APC and dismissed any intention of defecting from the ruling party.

Rather than losing members, Ganduje said the APC continues to attract politicians from across the country.

He emphasized that the PDP is the one experiencing widespread defections due to its leadership problems.

According to Ganduje, people are joining the APC because of its clear direction under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership.

He added that recent waves of defections into the APC are proof of growing confidence in the ruling party.

Ganduje also described Lamido’s statement as illogical and not reflective of current political developments in the country.

He argued that it would be unreasonable to abandon a ruling party that is recording achievements for a failing opposition.

He noted that the APC has shown more unity and strength than the PDP, which continues to struggle internally.

Ganduje praised President Tinubu’s strategic leadership, saying it has helped stabilize and strengthen the APC nationwide.

He said Tinubu’s efforts have made the APC a more attractive political platform for leaders across Nigeria.

Ganduje highlighted the APC’s resilience, growth, and strategic expansion in contrast with the PDP’s decline.

He urged Nigerians to look at the facts rather than accept misleading political commentary and speculation.

According to him, the APC is stable, cohesive, and forward-looking, while the PDP faces possible extinction by 2025.
