bandits abduct Son of Ishyaka Rabiu amid intensified military outslaught

Recently, Bello Turji’s Faction bandits abducted a man claiming to be Isyaka Rabiu ’s son in a viral video.

Meanwhile, widely circulated footage shows the distressed victim pleading with family to pay ransom for release.

Security sources have confirmed that the abduction is linked to lingering criminal activities by remnants of Bello Turji’s network.

Turji, a notorious bandit leader, has seen his operations significantly weakened due to sustained military offensives in Zamfara State and neighboring regions.

Reports indicate that Bello Turji has gone into hiding following a series of deadly military strikes targeting his strongholds.

Intelligence sources revealed that Turji and his close associate, Dan Isuhu, narrowly evaded capture during a major offensive by Nigerian forces.

Unlike his previous behavior of boasting on social media, Turji has remained silent in recent weeks, a move analysts interpret as evidence of mounting pressure from the intensified military campaign.

In the ongoing crackdown, security operatives have demolished several of Turji’s camps located in Shinkafi and other forested areas.

Dozens of his foot soldiers have been apprehended during these operations.

Military officials assert that their efforts will persist until all elements of the insurgent network are neutralized.

Authorities urge Rabiu ‘s  families and communities to remain vigilant and cooperate with security agencies as efforts to dismantle bandits network continue.
