The Advanced Peoples Democratic Alliance (APDA) on Tuesday Challenged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of its exclusion from Rivers state governorship election.
The suit was filed today by APDA at the Federal High Court.
In a second suit, APDA challenged INEC over its exclusion from fact-finding Committee in Rivers state governorship election.
The suit was also filed today by APDA at the Federal High Court.
