Comrade Nelson Nnanna Nwafor, the director of Foundation for Environmental Rights, Advocacy and Development ( FENRAD), an Environmental and Human Rights Advocacy organization has lost his father, chief Emmanuel Nwafor Onyeani to the cold hand of death.
Nwafor confirmed his demise in a statement sent to News Band.
According to him, his late father, chief Emmanuel Nwafor Onyeani was a perfect gentle man who contributed immensely to the development of Ebem Ohafia in Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia State.
He said, “The family of Late chief Emmanuel Nwafor Onyeani of Ndia Agwu compound Ekelougo in Ebem Ohafia in Ohafia LGA of Abia state announce the Glorious Exit of an icon chief Emmanuel Nwafor Onyeani who went to be with the Lord on Monday 15th August 2022 at the ripe Age of 86 years. Late chief Emmanuel Nwafor Onyeani was a perfect Gentle man with lots of good position and intellectual sagacity and have contributed immensely to the Development of Ebem Ohafia in Ohafia LGA of Abia state.
“A man of integrity and Wisdom, An Advocate of Peace and Love.
“He will be fondly Remembered for the legacy he has left behind.
“The burial arrangement will be communicated by his family in due course.
“Adieu the Great man
“He will be greatly missed.”
