Social media activist, Martins Vincent Otse aka, VeryDarkMan, has revealed that a human skull, ribs and other bones were discovered during sanitation exercise carried out by the RATELS in the Upi Iweka area of Anambra State.
In a video he posted on his official Facebook page on Sunday, Mr. Vincent said that the remains were found in a bush while volunteers were clearing the area, raising concerns over the circumstances surrounding the discovery.
VeryDarkMan alleged that the condition of the remains suggests the victim may have been killed, dismembered and the body parts dumped in a bag before being abandoned in the bush.
Meanwhile, Anambra State police command is yet to issue an official statement in respect to the development.
