Former chairman of National Human Rights Commission [NHRC], Prof. Chidi Odinkalu has berated the administration of the Lagos State University over the certificate of its student found used to wrap “suya” [barbeque].
The certificate reportedly belongs to one Abisoye Azeez Oluwaseun.
On its part, LASU has stated that the certificate had errors and was retrieved.
Taking to his Twitter handle, Prof. Odinkalu wondered how a certificate of a graduate will end up in a “Suya” table.
In an older tweet he wrote:

In a subsequent tweet, he berated LASU, asking:

The certificate had gone viral on social media when it was discovered used to wrap Suya.
