Police arrest two suspects over abduction of cocoa institute workers in Oyo

OYO, NIGERIA — Security operatives have arrested two suspects in connection with the kidnapping of two staff members of the Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria following an abduction incident in Oyo State.
