Anytime you see a man and you don’t SEE his agenda, is either that man hasn’t a roadmap or he is only existing in the hemisphere of political arena.

I came and I saw a man whose name represents an agenda that addresses the challenges of Imo State. I have seen Chima Matthew Amadi and I have seen his agenda of re-vitalization encapsulated in Security Economy and Education (SEE). What an agenda that attends to and brings solution to the myriad of governance gap bedeviling the state since her creation.

If the issue of Security, which has put the state on a bad note will be addressed wholistically. Then, according to Dr. Chima Matthew Amadi who’s the Chief Executive Officer of The Mazi Organization (TMO) he will work with local security architecture, the local vigilante will provide the much needed security intelligence. You cannot offer viable strategy on security without working with local contents. Nobody steals where he/she is not familiar with.

The mainstream for security will enhance if the security personnel works with local security. Amadi understands that investment can only flourish in Imo when investors are sure of the protection of their resources. Amadi is poised to change the narrative for good in Imo. He has shown capacity, competence and commitment to addressing the huge challenge of governance.

What about Economy, Chima Matthew Amadi has shown deep commitment to revamping moribund Government industries neglected by bad leadership. Amadi will bringing his wealth of experiences to bear in the state by what he termed “State Government Capitalism” which aims to growing the economy and creating jobs for the teeming youths of the state. Chima Amadi has indeed proven to have the political capital to deliver on this.

This agenda of Economy according to the Ngor Okpala born business mogul, will bring a revamp of Avutu poultry, Nsu ceramic tiles industry, Imo standard shoe industry, Adapalm. What about the Aluminium Extrusion Industries Plc (ALEX) in Inyishi local government of Ikeduru. These are companies that can generate close to 50,000 skilled and unskilled jobs for the state.

We need someone that will genuinely go into public -private partnership (PPP) to ensure Government plays its role of provision of conducive environment and policies that make PPP thrive in the state. Chima Matthew Amadi is the man that wears the cap of ideas of success. Imolites are waiting to put the cap on him.

Education will become another milestone of Chima Amadi’s. Being an educationist and academician, he understands that the present Government has done well in education and reduced the out of school students. He did lament that there’s poor quality of education offered by lowly qualified teachers and collapse of public schools. “No government can offer quality education whose public schools are dead, especially nearing mummification.

Amadi assured of employment of qualified teachers who understand the pedagogical experience and make the public schools more attractive than private schools. Amadi has promised to make the teaching profession juicy because yours sincerely has always said that no nation or state can rise above the knowledge of the teachers of the state. There will be, according to TMO CEO regular training and retraining of teachers with needed incentives for optimal performance.
