Ukachukwu shines as Ganduje commissions APC Awka complex

The 2025 Governorship aspiration of Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu (Ikukuoma) received a big boost Saturday when the All Progressives Congress (APC) opened her Anambra State headquarters complex in Awka.

When each of the governorship aspirants were called upon to address the mammoth crowd that thronged the commissioning ceremony, Ukachukwu’s presentation received extraordinary ovation.

In his welcome address, Diaspora digital media (DDM) noted that the Anambra State chairman, Chief Basil Ejidike expressed the resolve of the party to win the November 8,2025 guber polls in Anambra.

He applauded all the governorship aspirants for their contributions towards making the day a reality and boosting the political fortunes and strength of the party.

He also commended the National chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for his love for and keen interest in Anambra State. This, Ejidike pointed out started since his days as the then governor of Kano State

The State chairman said that the national chairman has demonstrated genuine interest the party, as APC under his leadership was now repositioned for serious business and successful political outing.

He expressed Anambra’s chapter’s readiness to work with him to ensure that his prophecy about taking over the government of Anambra becomes a reality.

Ejidike pointed out that the party already have strong structures on ground in the 326 wards in the state.

“All the known political heavy weights in Anambra State are now in APC. I plead with the national chairman to intervene in the area of federal appointments being given to APGA members.

“Giving political appointments to non APC members is discouraging the APC rank and files who have been discriminated against by the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) government in Anambra State.

“Even with the palliatives sent by the federal government to Ndi-Anambra, the APGA government has been repackaging such palliatives and affix the picture of Gov Charles Soludo on them to make the gesture look like state government intervention.

“Members of APC in Anambra State are appealing.to the National chairman to intervene on the matters raised and discuss with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on our behalf.

He expressed an unalloyed loyalty and support of APC faithful in Anambra State to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

All the governorship aspirants for the November 8 Anambra guber polls took turns to address the gathering.

The momentum and became charged as Ukachukwu, popularly known as Ikukuoma, wind of glory took his turn to address the national chairman, other guests and party faithful as the crowd became hysterical shouting and uncontrollable singing his praise.

It took a great effort from the party officials to calm the crowd who continue to sing and dance as well as extol the qualities of their prefferd candidate, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu.

In his speech, Alhaji Ganduje commended all who contributed in ensuring that APC has a befitting office in the State.

He restated the commitment of the national leadership to taking over rein of governance in Anambra State.

Ganduje however reminded the members of the need to work together for the success of APC in the coming November 8 guber polls even as he assured of free level playing ground for all the aspirants.
