Meanwhile The SARS Commandant has refused to accept a letter from Elombah lawyers notifying them of pendency of proceedings in this matter.
He called Elombah lawyer and Suretee last night claiming they are not aware of the suit against the Police and threatening fire and brimstone.
Whereas the IGP and the Nigeria Police have been served.
