We’ve established aerial superiority from western Iran to Tehran — Israeli Army

The Israeli Air Force struck a key ballistic missile launcher in western Iran, the IDF said, attaching a video of the strike.

The missile launcher was spotted by an IAF aircraft flying over Iran, and it was struck a short while later, according to the IDF.

Dozens of ballistic missile launchers have been destroyed so far in Israeli strikes, the military said.

The military said that it has “established aerial superiority from western Iran to Tehran,” following an overnight IAF operation, during which dozens of air defense systems were struck, Times of Israel reported.

In another development, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the Jewish nation has inflicted “serious damage” on Iran’s nuclear facilities in its airstrikes over the past two days.

“We also hit the team of senior scientists who are leading these projects,” he said in a video statement, adding that strikes have delayed Iran’s nuclear program for several years.

“There is also a major threat from the ballistic missiles,” he adds, casting the projectiles as another method Iran means to use to eliminate Israel.

He said Israel is eliminating their ability to produce such weapons.

“Very soon, you will see IAF planes above Tehran’s skies. We will hit every target of the ayatollahs’ regime,” Netanyahu stated, adding the strikes carried out so far are nothing compared to what will be experienced in the coming days.

In another related development, Croatia’s consul in Israel and his wife were lightly injured in Iran’s missile strikes on Tel Aviv, Croatia’s Foreign Minister Gordan Grlic Radman says.

“I am shaken by the news that our consul and his wife were injured in the attack on Tel Aviv. The building they live in was hit,” he says on X, formerly Twitter.

“I spoke with them and, fortunately, their injuries are minor and they are not in any life-threatening condition.”

Grlic Radman adds that his ministry was in constant contact with the Croatian Embassy in Israel and was taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of its staff.

“We strongly condemn attacks on civilians and diplomatic facilities. We call for immediate de-escalation and restraint,” Grlic Radman said.
