“UBA and Tony Elumelu, your bank needs to do better. This branch in Awka, Anambra State, has to be the worst banking experience I have ever had in my life,” he said.

He further criticized what he described as the quality of training provided to staff at the branch, adding that customers deserved to be treated with greater respect and professionalism.

“It’s a shame that this is the kind of training they have. It’s sad that you treat your customers like this,” Tagwaye added.
