Mr. Dele Farotimi, human rights activist and lawyer, has been granted bail by a magistrate court sitting in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
He was granted N30 million bail on Friday.
Farotimi was brought before the court over alleged criminal defamation of retired Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), chief Afe Babalola.
