In a statement issued on Wednesday, Samuel described the incident as unfortunate, disturbing, and a serious threat to the peace and security of communities in the state. He identified the victims as Mrs. Idowu Kemi Titilayo and her infant child, who were reportedly kidnapped during the attack.
