The All Progressives Congress (APC), Rivers state chapter has been thrown into some chaos as the Senator representing the Rivers South East constituency of Rivers State, Magnus Abe has, along with his supporters, boycotted the recent congress in the state.
Elombah.com gathered that Senator Abe alleged that he and his supporters are being forced out of the party.
The Senator, however, said he and his supporters won’t leave the party despite perceived injustices against him and his supporters.
Meanwhile, Abe’s supporters alleged that the party manipulated the outcome of the congress in favour of a faction of the party.
Elombah.com also gathered that the senator recently boycotted the APC congress in Abuja with his followers.
According to him, efforts are in place to shut him out of the party but he is going nowhere.
