2Baba introduces Natasha to Idoma monarch, set for traditional wedding

Music legend Innoccent Ujah Idibia, 2Baba, has formally introduced his new hearthrob, Natasha Irobosa Osa  Idoma cultural tradition, formally introduced his wife-to-be, Hon. Natasha Irobosa Osawaru, to the paramount ruler of the Idoma Kingdom on Monday.

The introduction took place during the Idoma Security and Unity Symposium at the Och’Idoma Palace in Otukpo, located in Benue South Senatorial District.

Earlier, on April 9, 2025, Hon. Natasha had officially adopted the Idibia surname during a plenary session of the Edo State House of Assembly, where she represents the Egor State Constituency.

In a related event, 2Face, also known as 2Baba, introduced Natasha to the Governor of Benue State, Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.

During the meeting, Governor Alia appointed the music icon as his Technical Advisor on Entertainment.

The couple is set to hold their traditional marriage ceremony on Friday in Benin City, the capital of Edo State, in May 2024.

2Face Idibia hails from Okpokwu Local Government Area in Benue South Senatorial District of Benue State.

Nigerian iconic singer, Innocent Idibia, otherwise known as 2Face or 2Baba, recently declared his love for a newly found lover, Natasha Osawaru. Natasha, a member of the Edo State House of Assembly, was rumored to be romantically involved with 2Face after they were spotted at a club in Lagos and later appeared at the Edo State House of Assembly Complex.

2Face confirmed the speculation when he declared his love for the Edo State politician and proposed to the lawmaker.

Months back, Diaspora Digital Media had reported that 2baba had announced that he and Annie had filed for a divorce.

Innocent Idibia has long been surrounded by controversy as he continues to move from one woman to another, making him not only a legend in music but also in women affairs.

1. Annie Idibia: 2Baba’s women escapade started with Annie Macaulay, whom he featured in his legendary “African Queen” video in 2004.

Although their relationship was inconsistent, 2Face proposed to Annie on February 14, 2012, and eventually married her in Lagos, followed by an elaborate wedding ceremony in Dubai on March 23, 2013.

Annie had a child with 2Face, Isabella, born on December 10, 2008, and another child, Olivia Idibia, born on January 3, 2014.

2. Sumbo Adeoye: Sumbo Adeoye is the first woman to carry 2Face’s child, with the birth of Nino Idibia on January 15, 2006.

However, 2Face’s relationship with Sumbo had hiccups due to his promiscuous lifestyle, leading to a breakup and reunion. Sumbo gave birth to their second child, Zion, on April 29, 2008.

3. Pero Adeniyi: 2Baba’s romantic affair with Pero Adeniyi contributed to his first breakup with Sumbo. Pero came into the picture after she returned from the United States.

They had two children together, Ehi Idibia born on April 27, 2006, and Justin Idibia born on May 7, 2008. Despite their breakup, Pero gave birth to their last child, Innocent Idibia, on April 8, 2012.
