Nigerian content creator Chinonso Ukah, popularly known as Nons Miraj, has addressed ongoing speculation surrounding her reported fallout with fellow influencer Ashmusy.
The two social media personalities were once known for their close friendship and frequent collaborations, often producing content together that attracted a large online audience. Their partnership made them one of the most recognisable duos in Nigeria’s influencer space.
However, in recent times, fans have noticed a visible distance between both creators, with little to no public interaction, sparking rumours of a strained relationship.
Speaking on the matter, Nons Miraj reflected on their friendship, noting that both of them had played important roles in each other’s lives.
“Ashmusy has played the role she is supposed to play in my life, and I’ve played my role in her life, and that’s all I can answer,” she said.
When asked about claims suggesting jealousy may have contributed to the fallout, she declined to go into detail.
“You should ask her when you see her,” she added.
Despite the speculation, Nons Miraj insisted that there was no bad blood between them, stating that they are still on good terms.
Ashmusy had previously also commented on the issue during an appearance on the Echo Room Podcast. While she did not provide specific details, she suggested that friendships, like any relationship, can naturally come to an end.
“If a beautiful marriage that lasted 20 years or even a mother and daughter can split, then why can’t friendship split?” she said.
She later declined to elaborate further, adding, “I am skipping the question anyway.”
