Dr. Daniel Olukoya, General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), has warned about four powerful demonic forces.

He stated that these forces are responsible for the spiritual, mental, moral, and physical struggles faced by believers today.

Speaking during a recent Sunday service as gathered by Diaspora Digital Media (DDM), he categorized these demons as religious, mental, moral, and physical entities.

He urged Christians to remain spiritually vigilant and prayerful to resist the influence of these destructive forces.

Religious demons: Deception in the name of faith

Religious demons disguise themselves as faith to mislead, confuse, and introduce false doctrines that turn people away from true Christianity.

“They hide under religion to do havoc,” Dr. Olukoya emphasized, warning believers about deceptive teachings masked as divine revelations.

These entities manipulate religious principles, causing divisions and spiritual blindness within Christian communities worldwide.

To counteract their influence, he advised Christians to seek divine wisdom and remain rooted in authentic biblical teachings.

Mental demons: Attacking the mind and emotions

Mental demons target thoughts, emotions, and personal identity, leading to confusion, self-doubt, and psychological distress.

“A lot of people’s thinking is totally upside down; the enemy has confused them,” Dr. Olukoya explained.

He noted that many individuals struggle with identity crises, unable to recognize their true spiritual and personal selves.

He urged believers to protect their minds through prayer, scripture meditation, and faith-based affirmations.

Moral demons: Promoting sin and wickedness

Moral demons influence people to engage in immorality, sinful habits, and unethical behaviors that contradict Christian values.

“These are sexually seductive spirits, spirits of wickedness, and sinful habits,” Dr. Olukoya warned.

He stated that these forces encourage dishonesty, corruption, and indulgence in immoral lifestyles.

To resist them, he advised Christians to practice self-discipline, uphold moral values, and seek spiritual strength.

Physical demons: Causing illness and afflictions

Physical demons are responsible for afflictions, unexplained illnesses, and bodily suffering in many individuals.

“These demons cause infirmities and afflict the physical body,” Dr. Olukoya said.

He suggested that some diseases have spiritual roots rather than purely medical explanations.

He encouraged believers to combine medical treatment with prayer and faith in divine healing.

A call to spiritual vigilance

Dr. Olukoya urged Christians to remain prayerful and spiritually prepared against these demonic forces.

“These four demonic forces are among the most dangerous in today’s world,” he cautioned.

He emphasized the importance of unwavering faith and active spiritual warfare against these destructive influences.

His message serves as a reminder for believers to stay strong, discerning, and committed to righteousness.
