Sparing any last minute change of mind, the Accountant General [AG] of Anambra State, Ngozi Monica Okonkwo will be fired any moment by the government she serves.

Her crime includes the fact that she refused to sit in a press conference and deny the money Chief Peter Obi left behind as did by the SSG who swore that it was near cash.

Also, at the press conference was the Principal Secretary who went to Channels TV Lagos and swore that the state met near cash and that the state has no plan or plot to borrow any money.

Ironically, shortly after the denial, the governor sent a bill to House of Assembly within 8 hours asking them to grant him permission to take 10 billion Naira loan which was taken many weeks prior.

Also, the oligarchies in the government said the woman refused to be releasing controversial and fraudulent funds for easy embezzlement , thereby making it difficult for Obiano and his cohorts to continue milking the state.

Meanwhile, it’s difficult to ascertain if her advice against taking the incoming 50 billion naira loan aided the speed with which her sack was sealed.
