PORT HARCOURT, RIVERS STATE — The Rivers State Command of the Nigeria Police Force has arrested three suspects in connection with the murder of a 55-year-old bus driver in the state.
The arrests followed an investigation launched after the victim was reportedly killed under circumstances authorities described as disturbing. Police officials said the suspects were apprehended through intelligence-led operations and are currently assisting investigators with efforts to establish the full details surrounding the incident.
According to preliminary findings, the deceased, identified as a commercial bus driver, was allegedly attacked and murdered by individuals believed to be connected to the crime.
