Senate Committee on Federal Capital Territory on Friday exposed an officer of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) , Barrister Ehimony  Joshua involvement in N35 million bribery on allocation of plots in Abuja.

Ehimony who works in the legal secretariat department of the agency , appeared before the committee to give explanation on why he refused to give approval to ‎three out of the  15 allotees  of the   206 hecters of land.

‎The three allotees had submitted their petitions before the committee alleged that Barrister Ehimony Joshua refused to vacate  litigation caveat placed on  their plots of land as done to the 12 other allotees for refusing to play game of payment of N35million bribe into two different dedicated bank accounts belonging to Ehimony Joshua.

‎Specifically  the petitioners, i.e. Living Treasures Limited Owner of plot no 14, Accepters Nigeria Limited  Owner of plot no 15 and Max-Energy Limited Owner of plot no 16 said the reason why litigation caveats were not lifted on their allotted plots by FCDA as done for their other 12 allotees , was because of their refusal to pay the N35 million bribe demanded on behalf of the agency by Ehimony Joshua.

However, ‎Ehimony in his explanation denied knowing the woman or having any fraudulent transaction with her project coordinator, Bishop David Angel in form of bribery.
