ABUJA, NIGERIA – Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has been appointed as the African Champion for the African Development Bank’s Integrated Aviation Transformation Programme for Africa, an initiative valued at approximately $7 billion.
