The Vice Chancellor of Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University (KOMU), Professor Ikechukwu Nosike Simplicius Dozie was on Wednesday, the 8th of June, 2022 honoured with the Distinguished Alumnus Award of the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN).
The event took place at the main campus of UNN during the Maiden Homecoming of the Faculty of Biological Sciences.
The award was given to him in recognition of his sterling performance as Vice Chancellor of KOMU and his scholarly contributions to the development of the education sector in Nigeria.
Professor Dozie who also delivered a keynote address at the event expressed his appreciation for the recognition and pledged to up the ante in his services to God and mankind.
