Unknown gunmen, on Friday, set fifteen vehicles ablaze at Amorka in Anambra State.
The gunmen also destroyed other vehicles in the process,

According to a type-written document recovered at the site and dropped by the assailants, they demanded the federal government to obey the order by the Court of Appeal and release the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Nnamdi Kanu has been in the detention facility of the Department of State Security (DSS) since he was renditioned from Kenya in June 2021.
He was, however, discharged by the appeal court on October 13, though the federal government is yet to comply with the order.
Rather than comply, the government took its case against to the Supreme Court and asked the apex court to stay the execution of the appellate court’s judgment. Read more.
