Lagos LGA Elections: Lagos APC Pleads With Members

APC Lagos appealed to members to vote massively for the Party they know on Saturday irrespective of misgivings, altercations and misunderstandings
Laagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode

The leadership of the APC Lagos State has appealed to its energetic, committed and loyal members to vote massively for the Party they know on Saturday July 22 2017 irrespective of misgivings, altercations and misunderstandings not unconnected with our party candidates in areas like Shomolu, Amuwo Odofin, Yaba , Orile Agege, Odiolowo, Mushin LCDAs and LGAs.

We want to thank our teeming and unrelenting supporters who have stood with us through thick and thin, come rain, come sunshine since 1999.

Many of them have worked with empty stomachs, they have remained in the background, unknown, unsung, unremembered, unrecognized and yet they have devoted every energy at their disposal to love and work for their party.

We cannot thank them enough and even words are not enough.

His Excellency Governor Akinwunmi Ambode has made a passionate appeal to the aggrieved members to bury the hatchet and go ahead to work for the Party.

Consequently the leadership of the party in the State is joining our hardworking and energetic Governor appeal for calm and understanding.

May we never allow Lagos to fall into the hands of the unserious people. If out of annoyance you throw your cap away an enemy or madman will pick it and use it forever.

This is your Party. It belongs to you. Hold it to your bosom, cherish and treasure it. There is what pundits call the Principle of Delayed Gratification.

It means that those who work hard without looking back or being plodded will be remembered and rewarded in the fullness of time.

No honest seeking goes without a reward. Thanks a trillion for working for APC. We are very proud of you.

APC Lagos Publicity Secretary
